I have the best hair colorist and stylist in the world!! ..... And I guess I have to share him with you. Jimi has been doing my hair now for seven years and has worked magic with my hair and hair color! When I first met Jimi My hair was drab and had no life. My stylist at the time just did not have a vision for me or my hair. Jimi made it easy he took his time and listened to what I wanted and needed. He gave me a great hair cut and then he did a Shine service on my hair which changed it from dull lifeless hair to a head of hair full of life and Shine. It looked so natural it was incredible! Now after all these years with Jimi I have been red head, brunette, dark blonde, light blonde with highlights and without. Jimi did anything I wanted and my hair always looked healthy and vibrant. But what is really amazing is that Saturday night I was out very late at a party, then got up at the crack of dawn on Sunday morning and jumped in the car to go to Portsmouth, NH. Ever been there? Neat little town. Anyway, it was still very windy and rainy and I was walking around in the rain wearing a hat most of the day. Got home, showered with a cap over my head, fluffed out my hair with the blow dryer and I could not believe it! It still looked good. Here it is Monday and I still haven't washed my hair! I have been every where; Newbury street, Manhattan, Los angles to get my hair done. I am obsessed and have never gotten what I wanted. I figured I would try yet another hair color expert. Poor Jimi had no clue that he would be the one getting my wrath because I was not happy. I have to be honest I was difficult and was just not happy with the last hair color I had at a famous hair colorist at a hair salon on Newbury Street where that name should be EGO instead of what it is. After telling Jimi what I wanted which took 25 min and I knew he had clients waiting and was running behind because of me! He said you can never get what you want because in you mind you want it to be very blonde but really your base color needs to be darker with Highlight... I was thinking...... I said to myself ok lets try it his way... I know I am going to hate it and was not going to give him a chance to please me... in the meantime one of his clients came over to me and said nicely she had come all the way from Connecticut to get her hair done and I was taking her appointment time up now because I was being a very difficult client (nicely)..... She said to me He (Jimi) loves what he does and you need to give him a chance to make you happy and shame on you (Me) for the attitude I was giving him. He does not deserve that kind of treatment from a brand new client.....She was right I felt like crap and I can only image what Jimi was saying about me in the back room while he was getting my hair color formula ready..... He came back with a genuine smile and started the hair coloring. I told him I was sorry for making him late and being a difficult client.. He said I want you to be happy today lets just try this new idea for you.... After all the attitude I gave him he still wanted to please me WOW!! WOW!! WOW!! With the darker base and the highlights he was right my hair looks GREAT just what I wanted.... I'm impressed with my hair and will go to no one else now but Jimi.... But I am even more impressed with the way Jimi stayed professional and treated me after the way I behaved. Thank you Jimi you are the best kept secret in Boston......Now I see why all your clients love and respect you.
